Born and raised in north central Ohio, Sarah moved to Columbus in 2007 to attend The Ohio State University where she received her bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2011. Later that same year, her career in the real estate and banking industry began as a title processor at a local title company.
Sarah joined Hocking Valley Title Agency, Inc. in December 2017 and has her sights set on becoming a licensed title agent in the near future; expanding her knowledge and experience. Her responsibilities include title clearing and processing for residential and commercial transactions.
She currently resides in Canal Winchester with her husband and young family.

Bryan is a native of Lancaster and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in political science. He also holds a master's degree in engineering management from Old Dominion University. He received his law degree from Capital University Law School in 2013, where he served as the vice president of the student bar association.
Prior to accepting his position at the firm, Bryan was employed locally with Rockmill Brewery as an engineer and general counsel. During law school, he worked full time as the Operations Officer at the Navy Recruiting District in Columbus where he oversaw all aspects of officer and enlisted recruiting throughout an 110,000-square mile area that covered Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Prior to graduating from law school, his career spanned 13 years of notable naval service as a nuclear trained submarine warfare officer.
Bryan is engaged in the general practice of law, with an emphasis on business and real estate matters.
He is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State bar associations. He is actively involved in various community organizations including Lancaster Alive and The Rotary Club of Lancaster-Sherman. In 2017, Bryan's community involvement was recognized when he was named Young Professional of the Year by the Lancaster-Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Lancaster with his wife and sons. |
